There are many ways to get here, Campbell River airport is served by Air Canada and Telegraph Cove BC on Vancouver Island is served by Pacific Coastal Airlines from Vancouver as well as Kenmore Air out of Seattle. The nearby Comox airport is served regularly by WestJet. If you prefer to drive, take BC Ferries from either Horseshoe Bay or Tsawassen on the mainland to Nanaimo on the island. Campbell River is about 2 hours' drive and Telegraph Cove 4.5 hours north from Nanaimo on Highway #19.
